Clarify Your Message So People Will Listen

Skot Waldron

As businesses we feel that everyone should just buy what we have because it’s the best, the cheapest, the most professional, etc. What we need to realize is people buy what they can understand, and that doesn’t always mean it’s the best. When the messages we use on our website or other marketing collateral aren’t clear, people tune us out. How much is it costing you to have an elevator pitch, a website, or an email program that people simply ignore?

In this session, you’ll:
1. Understand the secret to story telling
2. Learn the framework you can use to develop messaging that resonates with your audience
3. Understand how successful brands use this framework to attract customers and increase revenue
