Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrea has been calling Atlanta home since 1996.

Before becoming a full-time professional photographer, Andrea enjoyed a successful marketing and communications career. She was an account manager in advertising agencies like Ted Bates and Ogilvy & Mather where she worked for brands like Eveready, Shell, Cargill, World Wildlife Foundation, and later became the head of advertising at Banco de Galicia, the largest private bank in Argentina.

Andrea then moved to the US where she spearheaded the marketing departments at Cartoon Network Latin America in Atlanta and later, the Locomotion Channel in Miami, as well as a time helping promote the FTAA headquarters bid at the Georgia Department of Economic Development.

After her career in marketing communications, she decided to go full time into photography and opened her business in 2006. A life that started as Andrea Taylor Studio and focused on weddings and corporate work recently became Andrea Taylor Portrait Art, specializing in family & children portraiture.

When not behind the camera, Andrea enjoys life in metro Atlanta with her husband Rich and their two rescue cats. She loves to travel and discover new places and cultures, enjoys reading, true crime podcasts, her strength and conditioning workouts and playing board games with friends. Bilingual English-Spanish, Andrea also speaks Italian and Portuguese. Ever since moving to Georgia, Andrea continuously volunteers for community organizations supporting children, families and the environment.
