Simplicity: One Window, One Reflector, with Sue Bryce

Sue Bryce inspires a return to simplicity. She recalls starting out in the photography business, working in an established studio with lots of props, lights and equipment, and how she transitioned to a simpler style that has now become her signature look. A true artist, Sue shares the how and why for this simplified lighting choice.

Creating with Purpose & Meaning, with Anne Geddes

One of the most fascinating elements of an artist is learning how their mind creates and works before they ever pick up the camera. In this video, world-renowned photographer and story-teller Anne Geddes shares her creative process and gives a glimpse into her own inspiration. In addition to her aesthetic, Anne speaks about the journeys she's faced throughout her career and the lifetime of stories she has amassed along the way. She discusses how much research and hard work went into each of the six books she has created, while also giving an inside look of her newest work, Small World.

Tea Party, with Amy Doerring

In this episode, Amy Doerring photographs three young sisters having a tea party. She demonstrates how to look for and capture the small moments that define a subject's personality. Amy shows how forgoing stiff posing and letting little kids just play, can lead to more expressive emotions. The kids also bring out a pet frog to play with while Amy photographs "slice of life" images.
