Due to recent changes, this webinar will cover important information for anyone who has received a PPP Loan.
With the SBA’s release of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Application, small businesses now have information on how to apply for loan forgiveness. If you have employees in your business other than you as the owner, the application process becomes much more complex. Join James Jack, UBS Executive Director, Strategic Client Segments, and Scott Kurkian, PPA’s CFO, as they as they walk you through the loan forgiveness requirements you need to know.
This webinar is for those of you who have employees other than yourself. If you are a sole proprietor, LLC or single-owner S-Corporations with no employees other than yourself, please watch this previously recorded webinar (https://www.ppa.com/edu-videos/how-to-file-for-ppp-loan-forgiveness-with-no-employees) and refer to the updated FAQ’s.
Update on “How-to File for PPP Loan Forgiveness with No Employees” Webinar: Since the webinar, the SBA has released new information. In an effort to give you the most up-to-date information possible we have re-recorded the original webinar to reflect the new information and updated our FAQ’s. Below are links to both. If you have any questions after reviewing either, please email [email protected].

As a firm providing wealth management services to clients, UBS Financial Services Inc. offers investment advisory services in its capacity as an SEC-registered investment adviser and brokerage services in its capacity as an SEC-registered broker-dealer. Investment advisory services and brokerage services are separate and distinct, differ in material ways and are governed by different laws and separate arrangements. It is important that clients understand the ways in which we conduct business, that they carefully read the agreements and disclosures that we provide to them about the products or services we offer. A small number of our financial advisors are not permitted to offer advisory services to you, and can only work with you directly as UBS broker-dealer representatives. Your financial advisor will let you know if this is the case and, if you desire advisory services, we will be happy to refer you to another financial advisor who can help you. Our agreements and disclosures will inform you about whether we and our financial advisors are acting in our capacity as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.
