We can lament the hardship and boredom of this weird time in history, or find a way to cope with it as a blessing in disguise. Consider using this time to rejuvenate, improve and work on things for which you might not have had time for in the past! Even if you are struggling with stress and anxiety or other negative feelings- making a plan, setting some goals, choosing some projects to work on and giving yourself something to focus on can be a much needed distraction right now. Allow yourself some time to work through any negative emotions but then move forward, push through and we WILL get through this together! We hope that this checklist will give you some creative prompts to get you motivated!
