Protecting and enforcing intellectual property is vitally important for any enterprise, but especially for photographers. Register now for this free, virtual program to learn how to protect your creative works and trademarks. Discover the no-cost/low-cost options that may be available when encountering online infringement of your work.

You will hear presentations by intellectual property attorneys from the USPTO, who will offer primers on various types of intellectual property, including:

  • Copyrights
  • Trademarks
  • Designs
  • Trade secrets

A segment of the program will discuss a case study involving online copyright and trademark infringement. Participants will have time to ask questions.

This virtual program is hosted by the USPTO’s Global Intellectual Property Academy, a unit of the USPTO’s Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA).
