April Graves is a wife and mother of 2 from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and is the owner of Light Drawn Studios in Barrington, IL.  April incorporated her first business at the age of 13 and has been self employed since the age of 23. With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional photographer, April specializes in creating a luxury fine art portrait experiences for her clients.  With a huge philanthropic heart, April is a strong believer in giving back. April has raised $750,000 over the past 12 years for non-profits in the Chicagoland area. April has been a business coach and speaker in the industry for the past 6 years.

 

April believes that mindset is the first key to success for any entrepreneur and works extensively to hoan those core principals.     

Mindy Harmon, CPP Bio

Mindy Harmon is a wife and a mom to 3 teenage boys.  Like most in our industry, she began her career as a hobby which progressed into a small business operated out of a spare bedroom in her home.  Her business quickly grew and along with a fabulous team of employees, she now operates a 4500sf retail studio in The Woodlands, Texas. To compliment her portrait business, Mindy expanded her business portfolio and opened a full service salon in 2016.  The salon and studio both service luxury clients and the synergy between the two elevates the guest experience to new heights. Both businesses are ran on four company pillars…..Family, Gratitude, Trust and Philanthropy. It is because of these pillars that Mindy’s portrait business and it’s team have become icons in their community known for their portrait paintings and their philanthropic hearts.
