Any discussion regarding copyright, to be balanced, must address what is "fair use", along with what is not. The copyright laws should be written in a simple standard language in a form that is easily recognized at first glance. One of the downfalls of many types of agreements or terms of service, is the wide variety of legal sounding language that almost "nobody reads". There should perhaps be just a handful of standardized copyright laws from which to choose, that everyone knows and can easily be applied. Laws that are fair are easier to comply with, because they are reasonable. Otherwise, there will always be reasonable resistance. I aspire to become an good professional photographer, and I will want effective copyright protection for my work.
