  1. Head to the Protection section of your myPPA profile and click PhotoCare
  2. Click Activate My PhotoCare
  3. Download your PhotoCare Policy to review the details of your coverage

You’ll then be able to Report a Claim directly from your myPPA profile. You can also call PPA’s Member Care team at 786-6277-8600 and our team will help you file a claim with our insurance partner Lockton Affinity.
