Bryan Welsh, M.Photog.Cr., CPP, API
Learn how to go beyond the fundamentals and bring creativity to the session for both your clients and your portfolio / competition images. This workshop will be tailored to individuals that want to take their studio work to the next level both professionally and in finding their voice or style. This workshop will be hands on and each student will have time to play, experiment and test their boundaries of lighting.
Class size will be kept small to allow everyone time to experience the process first hand. If you are ready to grow and challenge your lighting this is the perfect place to make mistakes and learn in a fun, interactive environment.
Bonus content will be in shooting tethered so you can take total control over the outcome and be more exact with shadow and details. Class participants will be encouraged to know the fundamentals of studio lighting before taking this class. Recommendation is to at least take the PPA Super 1 Day worksop on October 15th at the Ball Studio before signing up for this more advanced workshop or already be a PPA CPP.
Come learn from the 2017 Oregon PPA Portrait Division winner and 2018 3rd Place General Portrait Award winner for the Western District of PPA and take your images to their next level.
