Alisha Cline, CPP
Join Alisha Cline, CPP and 2018 CPP Liaison as she teaches the fundamentals of creating stronger portraits in studio and outside. Alisha will start this Super 1 Day by explaining light ratios, using a light meter, and setting a custom white balance in ways that are easy to understand. Get ready to master those lighting patterns - short, broad, open loop, close loop, butterfly, clamshell - and know which to choose for your subject! Learn what makes a portrait high, mid, or low key. She'll teach you additive and subtractive lighting techniques to control the light - place the amount of light you want exactly where you want it! You'll explore the importance of lens selection, camera angles, and poses; learn to see how your choices affect the way your client looks in their portraits. This high energy, confidence building, hands-on program is a must for anyone curious about becoming a CPP, about to declare for their CPP, or have already started the certification journey!
