This course uses the Gray Card Method to teach the skills needed to master using off-camera flash. We will teach you how to properly use a gray card to set exposure and white balance for consistent results in any lighting situation whether indoors or outdoors. Participants will apply their newfound knowledge and skills in both various studio and outdoor situations using models and a single lighting setup to produce professional-quality images. Master OCF by Building Your Base, is ideal for photographers of all levels who want to improve their understanding by building a strong foundation in knowledge of off-camera flash. To take full advantage of this course, having a basic understanding of photography concepts, including the exposure triangle, and a basic understanding of camera operation are recommended. We will be using Godox lighting that you may use/share with others, but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own lighting to better help you learn and become familiar with your own equipment. In the end, you will take with you a comprehensive understanding of OCF using this proven fundamental method, but we will gift you a gray card so you will have everything you need to continue growing in your lighting journey.
