Everyone captures photographs with their smartphone nowadays. What sets us apart from the "every day" is an off-camera flash for DRAMA in our finished portraits. Using off-camera flash creates shadows on faces to add depth to our portraits, while side- or rear-lighting works as a rim light to bring out details in the body and hairstyle. Add excitement to your portraits with multiple off-camera flashes, as we discuss how your lighting augments the posing for dramatic senior portraits and family portraits. We will show you easy poses that make your subjects look good, then show you how to add lighting from off-camera flash units to create drama in those portraits. New to off-camera flash? You'll learn what tools are needed, and how to use those tools for easy and exciting drama lighting. While you can hand-hold your camera for these portraits, decades of experience has taught us that a tripod and light stands are important tools in creating this drama lighting.
