This is a basic lighting and Posing. We will cover the use of different light modifiers. The use of Soft boxes, Grid spots, umbrellas, bounce light, Parabolic, Strip lights, spotlights or focusing fresnel lights. We will show you the different styles and Moods these lights can make in your photograph. We will teach you the proper posing rules for Men, Women, and when you can depart from these rules. We will cover low key, and High Key lighting for your subject. We will also cover outdoor and lighting, We will show you additive and subtractive lighting for outdoors. This will include the use of lights and reflectors for additive lighting and gobos for subtractive lighting and the location for the proper exposure. This should be a full day of instruction with a handout of these lighting technics. Each student will receive a copy of the digital files taken that day to reference.
Items to bring: Camera, Paper Pen. Students will be able to shoot tethered in the studio and will receive a copy of images we take.
