In this workshop, attendees will learn the importance of a photography workflows. This session is focus on client facing workflow and does not include editing or editing workflow. Workflows help simplify and standardize the studio processes, and make life a lot easier as a studio owner. There will be discussion on the various types of client-facing workflows and how to design workflows that work for your studio. We'll demonstrate how the up-front investment of developing a workflow can reduce the time it takes to administer each client and improve the client experience. The workshop will progress to a hands-on session to create a studio workflow. The instructor will use their own automated workflow to demonstrate potentials and possibilities, and assist attendees in the step-by-step creation of a workflow in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or the attendee's CRM software. Attendees will leave the workshop with a basic workflow that can be used in their studio immediately.
