Dajuan M Jones, Cr.Photog., George P. Joell, III, Cr.Photog.
Reduce the likelihood of wedding day bridezillas and say hello to a day full of beautiful images. In this class, we will discuss how to manage and photograph a wedding day efficiently. We will discuss lighting and lens selection for wedding preparation (including bridal details and make-up application), day of bridal portraiture, first look (or first touch or first prayer), the ceremony itself, along with family portraiture, bride & groom alone, and the reception. The class will photograph at a beautiful Hall and Gardens at Landmark, complete with floral decor and models. Weather permitting (just like a wedding day), we will photograph indoors and outdoors, taking advantage of this amazing wedding venue. George and Dajuan will demonstrate the use of flash lighting to overcome difficult natural light situations. The class will definitely take advantage of the given available light in this gorgeous venue. You will learn how to set achievable expectations with your client while reassuring them that you have things under control.
Items to bring: Bring a notebook and a camera for practical instruction and hands-on application. We'll have Godox/Flashpoint lighting available.
