If you are interested in creating compelling wildlife images, this course is for you! This is a comprehensive course covering trip planning, your day photographing different types of wildlife and what to do when you get home. You will discuss the challenges of wildlife photography, tips & techniques, cameras, lenses, equipment, cellphone apps and software. The class will cover birds, mammals and some things that swim. Wondering about snowy, rainy, hot and cold weather, it's covered. Wildlife photography requires hiking or shooting from and around a vehicle or shooting in the water and you will discuss the issues. You will also cover US and international travel thoughts, wildlife guides, workshops and tours, and a typical day shooting wildlife. Your instructor, John Herrel, will provide a list of wildlife species and locations we have experienced.
Items to Bring: Bring a selection of your wildlife portfolio if you have one, camera, Lenses and tripod you use for wildlife photography, something to take notes
