This hands on course will limit the number of participants in order to allow adequate hands-on learning. The important basics of newborn handling, lighting and posing will be discussed and demonstrated. Wrapping techniques for session variety will be demonstrated and practiced. Posing techniques using a variety of popular newborn photography props will be demonstrated and incorporated into the session. Posing on a flat posing surface will be demonstrated and practiced in the session, showing techniques for easily creating variety of images. Posing of parents with newborns will be taught, as well as ways to incorporate parents in a creative but minimal way. Techniques for obtaining creative macro images of babies delicate details will be included.
