Experience one of Utah's most iconic wildlife destinations on this seven-hour photography workshop at Antelope Island State Park. We'll spend the afternoon exploring the island in search of free-ranging bison, pronghorn, coyotes, porcupines, and a variety of raptors, including barn owls, burrowing owls, and great horned owls when conditions allow. During migration, the island's shoreline can also host impressive numbers of shorebirds, offering excellent opportunities for both wildlife and behavioral photography. We'll visit the historic Fielding Garr Ranch and other scenic locations that showcase the island's rich history and dramatic landscapes. As golden hour approaches, we'll position ourselves for breathtaking sunset vistas over the Great Salt Lake, creating the perfect ending to a day filled with diverse photographic opportunities and hands-on instruction. Vehicle holds 4 guests, we can carpool from the gate outside the park and additional guests can caravan carpool in together.
