Many photographers think mini sessions have to be short, rushed, and low-priced in order to be successful. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to design an in-studio Mini Day that works for both you and your clients while creating a profitable and enjoyable experience. These are not traditional mini sessions. Each client receives a 45-minute portrait session followed by a same-day viewing and ordering appointment, creating opportunities for increased sales without adding additional shooting days to your calendar. Students will learn how to structure the day, create offers that encourage clients to purchase more, streamline the client experience, and implement a workflow that runs efficiently from booking through final sale. We will cover pricing, scheduling, marketing, same-day sales, client communication, and the systems used to create a repeatable Mini Day model. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a clear framework for creating profitable in-studio Mini Days that can be adapted to a variety of portrait genres and business models.
