This will not be a portrait lighting class but rather an opportunity to learn the theory of light, experiment, with those theories and create a better understanding of lighting principles.

There will be various lighting challenges and situations. This will be a safe learning/lighting area where any and all questions on lighting will be fair game. The class is designed for the beginner to moderately comfortable with lighting photographer. It will be very interactive and participation is required to benefit. You will need a Camera, Flash, Tripod, and fun attitude. If possible, an owner’s manual for your camera and flash available for reference. I do have some extra flashes for Nikon shooters available to borrow.
