From the first phone call to the follow up after art pieces are delivered, small details you implement can turn your clients and pets into long life customers. Part one of this workshop will be an online webinar in which Lisa will share with you her workflow and little details she uses to create the ultimate experience. This includes gifts, phrases, handwritten notes, products and a portrait session they will always remember.



Part two will take place the next day, live and in person. We will explore the heart of your workflow, the portrait session. You will learn how to provide a variety of images using lighting pattern techniques. Lisa will show you props and themes that can be used to spark interest with new clients and retain current clients. Finally, you will see a full studio session filled with the details in her workflow system and then practice them yourself.
