 d company.  This workshop is built around the Profit First® system develo
 ped by Michael Michalowicz\, and every participant will receive a copy of 
 his bestselling book\, Profit First\, to continue the journey after class.
   Together\, we’ll take a deep dive into your business—not just your f
 inances\, but your vision. We’ll explore where you want your studio to b
 e in the coming years\, what’s standing in the way\, and practical\, man
 ageable steps to help you get there. You’ll leave with clarity\, confide
 nce\, and a plan that feels achievable.  We’ll also spend time behind th
 e cameras working with models to practice using both natural light and stu
 dio lighting\, techniques that will recharge your creativity.  This is a s
 afe\, encouraging\, and judgment-free workshop. You will never be expected
  to share your financial numbers unless you want to. Throughout the day\, 
 participants will have the opportunity to volunteer for a supportive “ho
 t seat” session\, where we can work together on some of the biggest chal
 lenges they’re facing in their studios today. Whether it’s pricing\, p
 rofitability\, marketing\, deciding whether it’s time to move from a spa
 re bedroom or garage into a brick-and-mortar studio\, or considering when 
 to hire that first employee\, we’ll tackle the real-world questions that
  shape both your studio and your future. Every discussion will be positive
 \, respectful\, and solution-focused.  This isn’t about criticism or per
 fection. It’s about progress.  My goal is for every participant to leave
  with practical next steps\, renewed enthusiasm\, and a clear understandin
 g that building a profitable photography business doesn’t have to be com
 plicated—or overwhelming.  You’ll leave inspired\, encouraged\, and eq
 uipped with tools you can begin using immediately to build the business yo
 u’ve always wanted.
