DESCRIPTION:Join internationally recognized automotive photographers Sarel 
 van Staden and Maryna Cotton\, founders of CarFineArt.com\, for a hands-on
  introduction to their unique Focused Diffused Lighting (FDL™) technique
 . With decades of combined experience in commercial and fine-art photograp
 hy\, Sarel and Maryna have developed and refined FDL™ into a distinctive
  approach to photographing vehicles—revealing beautiful\, controlled ref
 lections and sculpting a car&#039\;s form with light. This hands-on worksh
 op takes place at the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles\, giving you t
 he opportunity to work hands-on with beautiful historic automobiles. You
 ’ll learn the fundamentals of FDL™ and be introduced to FDL™ Light P
 ainting\, their creative long-exposure approach to lighting vehicles. Brin
 g your camera\, tripod\, a 50mm lens\, a CPL polarising filter if you have
  one\, a camera flash and remote triggers. There will be a limited number 
 of additional flashes and Canon/Nikon-compatible triggers available for th
 ose who need them.Whether you are new to automotive photography\, looking 
 to take your vehicle photography to a more sophisticated\, fine-art level\
 , or simply want a better understanding of how to use flash and continuous
  light creatively\, this workshop is designed to get you shooting — not 
 just watching.The workshop is suitable for beginner and intermediate photo
 graphers who are comfortable operating their cameras in full manual mode. 
 No previous experience with FDL™ is required —just a willingness to le
 arn\, experiment and get hands-on with light.You will be granted access to
  Sarel and Maryna’s online post-production class to teach you the post-p
 roduction work-flow.
