Learn how Kellie Gann & Company markets and sells a luxury senior model experience and senior portraits, and the process used to maximize the value we provide to our clients and to our sales. Learn valuable tools to help you market your boutique senior photography business. We will also go over how we break down the pre-session planning with the client, from the first response to their inquiry all the way through the in-studio consultation with them. For client experience and sales, we will discuss how we present our in-person sales appointments and the variety of products we offer, what companies we use for those products, and how we structure pricing for those products. This class will dive deep into understanding cost of sales and general expenses and how to build a strong senior rep program to elevate your profits. Learn how to pre-sell (without in-your-face selling tactics) the client and how to get them involved in the investment discussion early on. Learn how to properly plan and execute a dynamic senior session tailored to your client’s needs and designed to drive a higher sales average for your studio. You can check out our class available on May 8th to learn how to properly pose and light your senior portraits for creative and easy to sell images (Dynamic Posing, Lighting, and Composition for Seniors). In THIS class, we will be covering all things business. Learn how to price and produce your work in a way that gives the clients exactly what they want while keeping your business profitable. Learn how to follow through with workflow and delivery, ensuring your clients have the full-service experience they deserve. This class will teach you how to design and execute specific marketing strategies that will bring the same customers back to you multiple times in a single year and help you win them over for life. You’ll also learn valuable branding tips that have helped establish Kellie Gann & Company as a six-figure studio within a few short years of launching. During this class, we will also be spending a lot of time with each student helping you cultivate a plan for growth specific to your business model and specialty. If you wish to simply take notes and record video on your phone to study later, you can simply bring note-taking materials and your cell phone. If you wish to have hands-on business help, please bring your cost of goods, current price list, and a list of your short term and long term goals. It is not necessary to participate in the one-on-one business mentoring portion of this class, but it will be extremely valuable to anyone struggling with how to reach the next level in their sales and growth. No camera equipment will be required for this class as it is all about business and sales. Lunch will be provided.
