Victor Machado is the founder of Post&Wall Digital Agency where he leads client engagements and the consulting practice.
With over 25 years of technology, sales, and leadership experience, Victor has brought his knowledge of opening new sales territories and verticals to marketing. He, and the founding team, recognized an opportunity to disrupt and improve the traditional agency model, and in late 2014 formed Post&Wall, a digital-first ad agency.
Being an active learner has been central to Victor’s success. Digital channels have matured in their capabilities—some have grown, and some have become less relevant—but all represent a unique opportunity to capture data and provide visibility on how audiences engage, interact and take action.
