With a background in corporate sales in the financial service industry, Violet worked her way up from an assistant position to finishing first in the company year after year. A Rainmaker from early on in her career, she is a multi-time Million Dollar Round Table Qualifier (a designation held by less than 8 percent of all financial professionals).

In her corporate position, she quickly outgrew the outdated sales systems that were so prevalent. The practices ran counter to everything she learned about sales psychology, why people say yes, and the buyer’s and seller’s journey. She started building her own sales system that not only aligned with her financial goals but also her mental state and well-being.
