In 2006, Bruce's son Josh joined the family business full-time and now manages the day-to-day operations and the marketing at his family's studio, Hudson's Portrait Design. He was also instrumental in creating new, highly effective niche brands for high school seniors, commercial photography and video, and Hudson's Photo Workshops photography classes. Josh has spoken to professional photographic groups on behalf of industry leaders such as Animoto, Marathon Press, and many others. He is also a monthly columnist for shootsmarter.com, a frequent speaker for Sarah Petty's small business marketing web summits, and co-founder of educational website mystudiomentor.com. He also has an educational DVD series called Facebook for Photographers, which has helped photographers embrace and profit from social media in their business.
