I went to college, got my Associate of Arts degree in Photography, and stopped to raise my children. My twins are now off to college, and I was ready to get back in the business. But when I looked around, there were a million other photographers. I needed to do something to distinguish myself from the pack, so I got my CPP. I can't tell you how proud I am of that. PPA’s Indemnification Trust assists members when client claims arise. This unique coverage, administered by one of the most experienced firms in the realm of professional photography, is an invaluable benefit that is included with your membership.

Seek early intervention to resolve issues arising from data loss, missed shots or general client dissatisfaction beyond your control. Sometimes, sound advice is enough to get you through. Other times, its more complicated than that. The Trust has funded data recovery, limited restaging, settlements and judgements, attorney fees, and other unrecoverable costs for our members.

Don’t fight an uphill battle alone. Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines, the Trust is by your side every step of the way.
