Meet Lindsay Betz
Lindsay and her husband, Jonathan, live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and are in their 11th year of Jonathan Betz Photography. Lindsay joined Jon's dream of owning his own photography studio and represents the studio management side of their business. Never one to click the shutter, Lindsay manages the essential business aspects and loves the client interactions and the families they photograph. She is a popular speaker for her local PPA affiliate group as well as the Colorado state affiliate and at the SWPPA Regional Convention. Lindsay stays active as a member of the Colorado Springs PPA, as a PPA Councilor, a PPA Business Challenge Group Mentor and a member of the PPAedu Advisory Board. Amazingly enough, Lindsay does find time outside of the business and enjoys traveling, singing, and serving her church, while being a part of her kids’ school and extracurricular activities.

Why do you love photography? Legacy - doing work that outlives us and matters so deeply to the families we serve.
What did you want to be as a kid when you grew up? A teacher (which I later did for 3 years) in high school and a music therapist (my major and 7-year career). Never in my life did I want to have a business or think about photography. But I married an amazing photographer who wanted to own a business and invited me to that dream! So I’m very blessed to be on my second - if not third - career and have loved them all!
