This competition recognizes the products that possess exceptional quality, innovation, design, and performance as judged by a distinguished panel of industry experts.

Winners of the coveted Professional Photographer Hot One Awards receive enviable print and online exposure. In our annual Hot One special issue (March 2011), we feature each winning product with a full description, color photograph, MSRP, and the manufacturer's Web site URL. For increased exposure, the showcase is posted on PPmag.com for one year - a handy "shopping guide" for our readers that will drive increased sales for your products.

Professional Photographer Cover Photo Contest

Over a three-month period in 2008, Professional Photographer's first-ever cover photo contest received more than 50,397 entries from 5,782 individuals. Traffic on PPmag.com during the contest increased more than 30 percent.

Sponsors of the cover contest will be featured on full-page promotional house ads in three issues of the magazine. Sponsor logos appear on every page of the contest section of the PPmag.com Web site, and in every promotional e-mail (minimum of three). Promotional banners carrying sponsor logos are placed on our sister site ppa.com and its OurPPA forum. Winners of the contest are awarded prizes provided by sponsors and featured prominently in both the magazine and the Web site.
