Support Services

Studio Management Services (SMS) is a unique PPA program where each studio is teamed with an experienced business mentor and a PPA staff accountant. Together, they will evaluate your business, work closely with you to develop your plan, and provide valuable financial and marketing support.

Support service options range from a one-time consultation to ongoing quarterly consultations.

ONE-TIME CONSULTATIONS

Benefit from the opportunity for one-on-one consultations with both your SMS business mentor and staff accountant. They’ll review and offer feedback on your finances, business and marketing. You’ll leave with a financial plan and specific recommendations to help you achieve your goals.   

Qualifying studios have achieved $20,000 in annual gross revenues or have completed our 2-Day Business Basics Workshop.

Cost: $600.
Includes preliminary meeting with accountant, followed by meeting with mentor.

SUPPORT PLANS

Through quarterly consultations and ongoing reviews of your progress, your SMS team provides guidance and support to continually help you fine-tune your financial management, marketing, pricing, and selling strategies.

Qualifying studios need to have either completed a one-time consultation or attended our 3-Day Business Workshop. Once approved, studios can choose from either a quarterly or monthly plan, depending on their needs.

Fees are based on frequency of service and annual studio gross revenues. Studio Management Services adheres to the Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
