10. Be More Philanthropic... PPA Charities Celebration

Jan. 9, 8-10pm. Kick of the festivities with the PPA Charities Celebration! You'll "cheers" all of the charitable giving from 2015 and have the chance to participate in an auction that has anything a photographer could dream about and helps a very good cause. All attendees are welcome!

9. Be More Energized... PPA Charities Events
Jan. 10, 7-9am. Get things up and running (literally) with an early-morning 5K around Atlanta. It will be chilly, so dress appropriately. Afterwards, kick off those sneaks and drop them in the bin for the Dando Amor Shoe Drive. Used shoes will be collected and repurposed for orphanages in South America and Africa. Drop-off bins will be located at the Expo entrance and registration kiosk. But that's not all! Be sure to stop by the PPA Charities booth on the expo floor because one lucky winner will receive more than $20,000 worth of photographic equipment in the Dream Studio Giveaway! Winner will be announced at the booth on Jan. 12, 2:30pm.

8. Be More Connected... PPA's Closing Party
Jan. 12, 8-11pm. Dance the convention away at the Georgia Aquarium, the largest in the U.S! This is an exclusive party, brought to you by PPA; you will have access to the entire aquarium for all your revelry and pic-snapping needs. And did we mention it's catered by Wolfgang Puck? FREE to attendees with an all-access 3-day pass or $60 for just the party!

7. Be More Encouraged... Awards & Degree Ceremony
Jan. 12, 6:30-7:30pm. It's like a fun graduation for photographers earning degrees (Photographic Craftsman, Master of Photography, and Master Artist) and awards (Lifetime Achievement, Imaging Excellence, Distinguished Service, Humanitarian Service) from 2015. This is a free event to the public, so attendees can bring guests to enjoy in the celebration! Formal attire is suggested, but not required. Tux rentals will be available on location.

6. Be More Challenged... Grand Imaging Awards
Jan. 11, 6:30-7:30pm. Celebrate with friends as we honor the 2015 Medalists, Diamond Photographers of the Year, and all the elite Loan Collection artists from the most recent International Photographic Competition (IPC). Stop by to see these top photographers' works and see who gets crowned champion, earning the Grand Imaging Award! Doors open at 6:15.
