Drytac helps customers make greener choices

Drytac®, a manufacturer and distributor of mounting and finishing products worldwide, has just made it easier for its customers to make more environmentally friendly choices for their signage and graphics.

With the publication of its new price list that was mailed out to customers in the United States this September, Drytac®  is marking the products that are environmentally friendly with its Green Umbrella logo.

"I think most companies want to do what they can to minimize their footprint and be more green." says Drytac® President Marc Oosterhuis, "This is one thing that we can do to help people make better choices."

Some of the products that fall under Drytac®'s Green Umbrella include:

  • Panda Standâ„¢ Bamboo Banner Stands are two models of banner stands and a portable literature holder which are constructed primarily of plantation-farmed bamboo, a fast-growing, renewable resource.
  • PolystyGreenâ„¢ UV-, a biodegradable print media for UV inkjet printers
  • Interlam EcoMatt and Eco Gloss-biodegradable overlaminate films with aqueous adhesive.
  • BioFabâ„¢, a curl-free, PVC-free alternative to standard banner fabrics with a finish that does not require lamination
