reserve a large block of sleeping rooms for Imaging USA; however, once
the Imaging USA sleeping rooms are sold out, even if they sell out
before the cut-off date, sleeping rooms and special rate will no longer
be guaranteed and will be subject to the hotel’s availability at
prevailing room rates. All hotels require a one night advance deposit
per room, plus tax, to guarantee accommodations when reservations are
