Planting, Cultivating & Harvesting Wedding Sales

woods.jpgAre you tired of doing way too many weddings? Take a page out of Julia Woods' book, as she shares how she and her husband Jeff went from photographing 35 weddings at a $5,000 average in 2002, to photographing 25 weddings at a $12,000 average in 2007. You'll learn how in her upcoming webinar, "Planting, Cultivating and Harvesting Wedding Sales" (Feb. 8, 2:00pm EST).

"As consumers, we consume more in bite-sized chunks," explains Julia. "If you bulk your sales into one large piece, you limit yourself to only a few clients."

For example, Julia and her husband, Jeff, have packages that offer a certain amount of wedding coverage and a credit toward photographic pieces like an album. Here's the key point, though: they know how to lead clients to where they want them to go. So they may give a $3,000 credit, but they will probably end up with an $8,000 sale.

"We didn't change our packages to reach these great sales," adds Julia. "What changed is how much our albums cost and how we sold them. You have to know how to give clients what they want...when they are ready to spend the money. You won't get a $4,000 engagement session a week before the wedding!"

Julia is getting ready to share all this and more--the overall concept of her sales approach--in her webinar, "Planting, Cultivating and Harvesting Wedding Sales" (Feb. 8, 2:00pm EST). You won't want to miss this peek into their profitability!
