One grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and appear on the November 2009 cover of E&P. Twenty-four additional winners in six categories (spanning four circulation groups) will be honored, along with a top prize in the new "Unpublished" and "News Web-only" categories. Winning photos will be selected by photo editors from major newspapers and magazines and featured in the November issue of the magazine reaching 162,365 readers and/or in our gallery at www.editorandpublisher.com reaching an average of 470,00 unique monthly visitors.
