Get your cameras ready and prepare to be amazed. Imaging USA 2016 is a few weeks away and we at PPA are just as excited for this event as you are. Have you prepared a budget  for spending during your time here in Atlanta? Here are some helpful tips to put in your back pocket when budgeting for the trip to Atlanta.

1. Register before December 8th
Take advantage of that early bird special rate and save $50 off the original price of the access passes, Register Today!

2. Take MARTA
MARTA is the best way to get around Atlanta and it takes you to and from the airport. MARTA is also located near the Imaging USA host hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center. Why take a cab that will most likely be $30 or rent a car? MARTA is faster and a great alternative!

3. Find a Roommate
Split the hotel costs by finding a roommate to share a nearby Imaging USA hotel with or choose a hotel a little further away and get free parking and/or MARTA access. You can save big on lodging through sharing a room or staying further away.

4. Pack Snacks
Snacks and food at concessions can be limited or with a surcharge, so save time, money, and have a healthier option by bringing your own snacks.

5. Pack a Suitcase in Your Suitcase
There will be over 100 exhibitors at the convention so you'll want to bring an extra suitcase for the purchases you will make at the expo.

If you still haven't registered for Imaging USA 2016, don't wait any longer, head over to ImagingUSA.com/Register and get the lower rate before the price increases. PPA members get the best benefit and price of them all, join today!
