DIGITAL ALBUM ENTRY

Seal of Approval CD Albums from 2010 Regional’s must be submitted with the Seal attached via the mailing instructions.  No upload is necessary.

• Non-sealed entries and Traditional album entries must use the guidelines below.
• Upload File:
  • Compressed Zip File containing individual album spreads
  • File Name: PPAmember#_Album_Title (use _ for spaces)
• Individual Album Spreads within the Zip File:
• File Size: Longest dimension 20” at 200 ppi for each album spread
• Format: JPEG quality 10
• Imbedded Color Profile: sRGB or Adobe RGB (1998)
• File Name: 01_PPAmember#, 02_PPAmember#, etc for spreads, in order of viewing
• Entry may contain up to 36 Spreads
• Studio identification or entrant’s name cannot appear on any file within the album entry.
