Tracy Harris Budabin, Cr.Photog., ABI, has been in the photography industry for 10 years and has worked for SuccessWare for seven years, where she has had the opportunity to help studio owners learn about their businesses and track their income, session counts, sales averages and expenses. With Tracy’s guidance, the owners make decisions on what they need to do to make their studios more profitable. She has also spoken about business planning and its effects at state conventions and at Imaging USA for over four years. Her years of experience have allowed her to work with hundreds of studios through teaching, private consulting and mentoring. Her goal is to help studios learn to track their numbers, understand what's needed to create and use a business plan and, most importantly, become as profitable as possible. In addition to working for SuccessWare, she has managed several photography studios for over 12 years.
