She has also spoken about business planning and its effects at state conventions and at Imaging USA for over 4 years. Tracy’s 10 years in the photography industry have allowed her to work with hundreds of studios through teaching, private consulting, and mentoring. Her goal is to help studios learn to track their numbers, understand what's needed to create and use a business plan, and most importantly, become as profitable as possible. In addition to working for SuccessWare, she has managed several photography studios for over 12 years.
