Eric established Eric John: Fine Photographic Studio Inc. in 1993. The retail studio resides in the heart of Salem, Ore., surrounded by the area's most beautiful parks and a short distance to urban downtown. He holds the top degree through Professional Photographers of Oregon (PPO), the Fellow of Photography, and is currently working on his degrees through PPA. Eric has won numerous awards for his work including six Kodak Gallery Awards, a Fuji Masterpiece Award, Best Teenage Girl Portrait, Best Experimental Portrait and Best Illustrative Image, and he has had his images hang in PPO's Court of Honor each year. A past president of Professional Photographers of Oregon, Eric is currently involved in PPA's SuccessWare and Masterminds programs and has been featured in the magazine, Professional Photographer. Eric is also instructing at Imaging USA in 2011.
