How do you build great client loyalty? Try out some of the ideas in this online class—ideas that you can implement in your business right away. Starting her studio from scratch in 1999, Lisa built her business to average around 1,000 sessions annually (and many of her clients come back to her time and time again). She’ll share how she makes this happen, including how to prospect for new clients and what works in regards to charity ideas, customer service, sales incentives and public awareness.
