Come explore the commonly used tools as well as layer masks and actions, and you’ll discover the best way to create a quality product and develop your personal style! Learn methods of retouching for the most natural look, and then go beyond the "normal" to easily create special effects and apply texture layers and text. Discover how to correct lighting and exposure problems and when and how to sharpen, blur and create multi-image layouts. The end result? Photoshop finesse that speeds up your workflow with shortcuts and other secrets to save time and effort.

Are you new or ready to venture into studio lighting? Join Kari to spend the morning getting a basic understanding of proper studio lighting techniques and challenges. You’ll start with one light, and then learn multiple lighting setups, how to meter and how to modify the lights for different studio lighting effects. In the afternoon, you’ll learn about using your speedlight off camera, for remote off-camera flash. This is a perfect option for on-location lighting, and it will help take your photography to the next level!
