There’s a lot that goes into creating a great image…and Wendy will help you gather the artistic pieces. In the morning, she’ll cover basic retouching, studio lighting and posing. After lunch, she’ll discuss what to look for when selecting locations, how to style your models or consult with clients on clothing selection, and how lens selection, composition and posing all work together to create those wonderful images. To bring the lessons home, you’ll view sample images and identify what worked to create the image…or point out the problems in less successful images. You’ll even get the chance to go on-location and demonstrate what you’ve learned! A firm knowledge of these artistic basics will only help you produce more consistent results.
