Before, During & After: Taming the Bright Arizona Sun for Portraits
Course #AZ01
Bob Coates, M.Photog.Cr., CPP
David Weingarten, CPP
Almost anyone can create a decent image when the light is perfect. But there are more hours in the day than sunrise and sunset. What do you do when the light is not ideal? Create your own!
Come to Sedona and learn ways to light your subjects with great results even when the situation is not ideal—there’s no better way to learn than practicing in the nasty Arizona sun! Dave and Bob will share ideas on how to create pleasing images in difficult lighting situations using different types of flashes, scrims, reflectors and other tools. You’ll also learn about working with Adobe Photoshop (including workflow and retouching).
