Super Monday Spring 2010 pre-registration is open until May 3, for the discounted price of $99 for a full day program. After that date, registration is $120 and must be completed on site, space permitting.

ON-SITE: All registrations after May 3, 2010 must be completed onsite for $120. Contact the instructor prior to attending to ensure there is space available.
After you pre-register, look for our confirmation letter approximately one week after PPA receives your registration. This letter will include information you need for the course, including contact information for the course instructor. Feel free to contact them with any questions (including directions if needed).
Any course cancellations, additions, corrections and changes will be posted on www.ppa.com.
Registration cancellations made by May 3, 2010, will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after that date. There is a $20 service fee for all returned checks.
