Super Monday Fall 2009 pre-registration is open until October 5, for the discounted price of $99 for a full-day program. After that date, registration is $120 and must be completed on-site, space permitting.

ON-SITE: All registrations after Oct. 5, 2009, must be completed on-site for $120.
Contact the instructor prior to attending to ensure there is space available.
After you pre-register, look for our confirmation letter approximately one week after PPA receives your registration. This letter will include information you need for the course, including contact information for the course instructor. Feel free to contact them with any questions (including directions if needed).
Any course cancellations, additions, corrections and changes will be posted on www.ppa.com.
Registration cancellations made by October 5, 2009, will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after that date. There is a $20 service fee for all returned checks.
