Instructor Lisa Cuchara covers everything you need to know including what multiplicity is, when and how to use it and why you want to do it. Discuss what you need for the shoot and walk through each step of taking the photos. Learn how to bring it all together, via Photoshop, layers and masks, as Lisa gives you a step-by-step tutorial on everything you need to know.  

You'll discover how to create an interesting story with a single shot – and breathe new life into your photo sessions.  

Break out of the norm and wow clients with the results!

Create a unique "selfie" or just pretend to find your long lost twin and post the photo to Facebook, this will be a FUN workshop!

Course Hours: 10am - 5:30 pm

Items to Bring: Bring your camera, tripod, props for the photography portion and your laptop or computer for the Photoshop portion (some people learn best by watching the screen and following along, some people come with a shared laptop, either is OK).  Optional:   change of clothes, cable release.

Note: We have done this at a few different venues, one requires a $10 entrance fee, so bring some cash for the venue just in case, and bring some money for lunch too.

Delve into the world of high dynamic range (HDR) with cool train and bus photography as Lisa and Tom Cuchara share its magic with you! This day combines creative photography and Photoshop post-processing techniques with results that you will love!  

Come ready to shoot as you'll take 3-10 exposures, capturing shadows and highlights for interesting images. Tom and Lisa Cuchara will guide you as you explore composition, camera settings, interpreting histograms and checking exposure. Once you've got your images, you'll learn the post-processing techniques and Photoshop tricks that bring the whole story together for an amazing result.  

This is not your everyday workshop so come prepared to expand your mind, your talent and your business!

Want to work with a view camera?  Then you’ll love this workshop!  In this fun, easygoing environment, you’ll spend the day exploring all aspects of this large format camera.  Benefit from step-by-step instruction as you learn how to load film, make adjustments, manage camera setup and more.  Explore the concept of Zone System metering and discover how this can enhance your photography.  Then, put all this to work as you practice shooting still life, people and even landscapes with a large format camera.
