Ever wondered what it would be like to get your Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation? Well wonder no longer — after you take the Secrets to Earning Your CPP webinar! Gain all the knowledge and inspiration you need to differentiate yourself from the pack and add your name to the list of less than 3,000 photographers worldwide who have received their CPP.
Even if your images speak for themselves, CPP turns up the volume on your work and gives your clients the confidence in choosing a professional photographer who has passed a rigorous exam and image review which met specific standards in the industry. You can market your CPP designation to really stand out from the competition.
How can becoming a CPP help you?
- Marketing – With the industry growing faster than ever and thousands of new people calling themselves professional photographers, becoming a CPP is the way to distinguish yourself from the masses.
- Pricing – In the digital age, everyone with a cell phone is a "photographer," but a smaller percentage are true professionals. The "CPP" next to your name will lend credibility to your work and let clients know they are getting the best for their money.
- CPP Peer Group – There are specific CPP programs at Imaging USA & there are online forums just for those with CPP who support and help each other.
Francie has a great passion for the CPP program and believes it is the gold standard in the industry.
In 2012, Francie and her team of CPP Mentors assisted 30 photographers in passing their image submissions and supported 25 of those through the testing process so that they could receive their CPP.
A life-long photographer, Francie earned her CPP in 2009 and has been advocating and supporting others to achieve their CPP ever since. She is a full-time working professional photographer specializing weddings, engagements and bridal sessions, and continues to use the information gained through the CPP program every day.
At Imaging USA 2013 one her images was selected for the General Collection. In 2012, she was honored as Houston Photographer of the Year and was a featured Photographic Artist at Fotofest. She has been featured in Houston Brides and Houston Luxury Weddings magazines. Francie is also a published author and been featured in the Dallas Business Journal, Houston Press and New York Times. Her inspirational essays have been published in Chicken Soup for the Soul at Work, Stories That Warm the Heart as well as on many blogs and newsletters. She has also worked with Wiley Publishing as one of their Photographer Technical Editors.
