Introduction to Photoshop B&W Conversions
Eric Jones, M.Photog.
Converting images to black and white can be a difficult process, but Photoshop is here to help. In this course, you’ll learn the simplest and perhaps the most useful Photoshop conversion scheme to use. Instructor Eric Jones focuses specifically on how to anticipate and adjust the combination of colors and tones, thereby solving one of the biggest headaches in B&W conversions. You’ll also discuss workflows that help with black-and-white images as well as RGB-based images and infrared-based images. Time permitting, you’ll even delve into more advanced conversion schemes, workflows and commercial plug-ins to help with the process.
This is a great intro and an easy way to conquer some complicated techniques.
