With David Grupa, M.Photog.Cr., CPP

Kristen Grupa, Cr.Photog., CPP

Photographing high school seniors is a fun, exciting business model, but too often, photographers spend all their efforts on the images and not the sales process. In this course, Kirsten and David show you how to ensure that the whole process, from consultation to shoot to final sales exceeds expectations from start to finish.

You'll discuss the different sales models Kirsten and David use – take advantage of their different styles to find a sales process that works for you. Learn how they keep their clients engaged all the way through the cycle, so that sales don't fizzle. Understand how accurate sales forecasting can help your business and allow you to set sales goals.

When you're finished with this workshop, you'll know how to apply the same focus and energy to the sales process as you do to the creative side!
